The L2TP connection attempt failed because the security layer encountered a processing error during initial negotiations with the remote computer. (ניסיון ההתחברות ב-L2TP נכשל, מכיוון ששכבת האבטחה נתקלה בשגיאת עיבוד במהלך המשא ומתן ההתחלתי עם המחשב המרוחק.) 

פתרון לחלונות 7 64 סיביות (64-bit):

1. מגדירים חייגן ידני. ניכנסים  לאתר הוט: 213.57.6.1, - עוברים להורדת חייגנים

2. בוחרים QoS ◄

בוחרים disable IPsec:

You have attempted to establish a second broadband connection while a previous broadband connection is already established using the same device or port. (ניסית להקים חיבור פס-רחב נוסף כאשר קיים כבר חיבור פס-רחב העושה שימוש באותו התקן או באותה יציאה.) Please disconnect the earlier connection and then re-establish the connection. (נתק את החיבור הקודם ולאחר מכן הקם מחדש את החיבור.) 

попытка установить  еще одно широкополосное подключение (PPPoE)  в то время как  уже выполняется подключение . Отключить другое  подключение и произвести подключение .

There is no answer. Нет ответа, модем не синхронизирован 

פתרון: תוצאה והחזרה מודם מחשמל, לפנות לבזק.

סיבה: כשל חומרה ביציאה או בהתקן המחובר
Hardware failure in port or attached device. 
Отказ оборудования или устройства, подключенного к порту

פעולות: הפוך לזמין כרטוס רשת, הפעל מחדש.
